Garden pots and gardenware supplier Woodlodge has raised £2,668 for The Honeypot Children’s Charity following sales of its themed planters.

The Honeypot Children’s Charity offers outreach support and respite breaks to young carers and vulnerable children. As the only charity in the UK offering such support throughout childhood, it offers an outlet to individuals who would otherwise have nowhere to turn.

Woodlodge director Michael Wooldridge commented: “We are delighted with the total raised and feel proud that our customers have joined us in support of such a valuable cause. The Honeypot Children’s Charity relies on charitable donations to carry out its life changing work, and Woodlodge is proud to be a part of that.”

The Honeypot Children’s Charity director of fundraising and major donors Rawle Beckles added: “We are extremely grateful to Woodlodge and their clients for their wonderful support over the past year, as generous donations like these provide vital support for young carers and vulnerable children.

“We hope to help over 1,000 children this year, so this contribution is crucial. We must thank all those individuals, groups and businesses who have participated in the sales of Woodlodge’s themed planters and we hope that our friends will continue to support us in the future.”
