Weber partners with former Raymond Blanc Cookery School chef

Weber has teamed up with top chef Stephen Bulmer to create a series of unique Michelin star-inspired barbecue recipes.

Formally the chef/director of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at the two Michelin starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and now chef and proprietor of Brook Hall Cookery School in Winslow, Bucks, the mouth-watering recipes have been designed exclusively for Weber.

Demonstrating that barbecuers don’t have to restrict themselves to just burgers and sausages, Stephen’s recipes show how to cook exciting, first-class food on the barbecue. Stephen’s barbecue starters include a salad of grilled black pudding, chorizo, soft-boiled egg and pear with sage dressing, or oriental beef with cucumber.  For the main course, barbecuers can try chargrilled asparagus with spring lamb and mint hollandaise or honey marinated barbecued salmon fillet with a salad of green beans and walnuts.  Showing that dessert can even be cooked on the barbecue, the exotic fruit kebab with peppered sabayon and coconut rice pudding completes the Weber feast. The Weber/Stephen Bulmer recipes are featured on www.weber-bbq.co.uk.
