Neudorff expands UK operation with key appointments
Environmentally friendly weed, feed and control brand, Neudorff has expanded its UK operation with key appointments and has opened its first UK-based office.
The German company, which launched in the UK in 2011, has recently added two additional members of staff to its existing team, covering operations and regional sales to support its extensive range of products.
Former Solus buyer, Tony Loftus has joined the team as UK operations manager and brings a wealth of experience, including 10 years working in a logistics and distribution management role, plus experienced sales agent for the southeast, Miles Cleall, who was appointed earlier on in the year.
Tony and Miles join southern area sales manager Lee Squires and northern area sales manager Tom Stolworthy, who both joined the team in 2013.
Jude Beharall, who heads up the UK operation, said; “I am delighted to welcome our most recent team members. Tony and Miles bring a fantastic blend of experience and enthusiasm, which fit well with our strategy for growth. The 2014/15 season is going to be really exciting with the launch of three new products, which will strengthen our portfolio of high performance products.”
The company opened its first UK office in June, based in Birmingham, which will act as a base for the team and also as a showroom to highlight the wide range of products and display options available to retailers.
In September, the team will head to Glee 2014 (hall/stand: 19D50) to showcase its range and to launch several exciting products and concepts that harness the benefits of Mycorrhiza Fungi.

To mark World Bee Day on 20th May 2022, Fiskars worked with Manchester Settlement, a charity that delivers a range of services to meet the developing needs of individuals, families, and communities, to create a ‘bee-friendly garden’ at Abbey Hey Allotments in Manchester. Four Instagram content creators, Jon Dickinson (@TheHandsomeGardener), Jason Williams (@CloudGardenerUK), Yasmine El-Gabry (@MCRUrbanGardener), and Sarah Armer (@FromSarahsGarden), joined together to transform the allotments using Fiskars tools. In addition, Keter, the global leader of outdoor storage solutions, also lent its support by donating a number of its planters to the allotments. The Urban Gardening project forms part of Fiskars’ global ‘Plant Seeds, Help Bees’ campaign, which has been providing ongoing support for the bee population since 2020.
