The company will be funding a barbecue theatre – a headline feature – at each show, but in addition has secured selling space which it has offered free of charge to stockists.
Martin Sobey, Sales Manager, commented: “Our programme of retailer support is building. Our Alliance Programme already provides discounts, rebates and through-season promotions and this initiative adds a new level. The response from our retailers was immediate, with all selling space opportunities snapped up. It’s another way for us to demonstrate the commitment and tangible support we offer our stockists.” The company will be attending Grand Designs Live, Foodie Festivals at Tatton Park, Hampton Court and Clapham and the Dorset Seafood Festival. Attendance at other festivals is planned. The demonstrations will focus on the simplicity of grilling great food with minimum fuss and effort and will hopefully encourage people away from the average comfort zone of bangers and burgers.
