Have you entered your products into the Shop Window?

Do you offer something that has the potential to boost the profits of any garden retailer who stocks it?  Perhaps your product has already shown longevity and has proven its worth amongst consumers and retailers alike.  If any of these descriptions match a product you already have in your range, or one you are just about to launch at Glee 2012, then be sure to enter it into the new Glee Shop Window.

  The Glee Shop Window is a brand new feature designed to showcase the year’s best products, as well as helping buyers to spot and select next year’s top sellers.  Each product that wins a place in the Shop Window feature will have been chosen by a cross-section of industry experts and retailers from entries received before the show.  The judges will also be encouraged to keep their eyes peeled at Glee for additional innovative products and ideas which may not have been ready to enter pre show. Entry into the Shop Window is now open, and is completely free of charge to all Glee exhibitors. To enter, simply download the entry form from the Exhibitor Manual (online at gleebirmingham.com), and ensure that your completed form is submitted by the 17th August 2012.

  The judges will select shortlisted, highly commended and Top Picks products for each of the nine categories to be showcased within the Shop Window feature at Glee 2012.  Each product displayed will be accompanied with product information, as well as comments and feedback from the judges as to why they deemed it a great product.

  Glee Event Director, Nick Davison, explains: “The introduction of the Shop Window marks an exciting new chapter for Glee.  We’re taking the basic principle of the old Glee New Product Awards, and are developing this to offer a comprehensive showcase of the best that the industry has to offer.  We have no doubt that the Shop Window will fast become one of Glee’s leading attractions, and hopefully it will inspire even more exhibitors to showcase their best products and ideas at future Glees.”
