Haddonstone returns from Glee

Haddonstone – the UK’s leading manufacturer of fine cast stone garden ornaments – displayed several new products at this years GLEE exhibition.
New products launched at the show included the Large Key Planter, Small and Medium Octagonal Jardinières, the Italian Quadrant Planter as well as the latest Dauphin Fountain with Wood Nymph Mask. The new version of the Dauphin Fountain particularly attracted a lot of interest from potential and current stockists.
As well as new products, there were many other popular designs on display including the Spring statue from the four seasons collection and an array of Arcadian Pebble Bowl Fountains.
This year there were three different awards – ‘Best Display’, ‘Most Promising New Stockist’ and ‘Best Consistent Performance over 5 Years’. Haddonstone’s Managing Director, Adrian Coles, presented these awards to the winners.
The winner for the ‘Best Display’ was Waterperry Horticultural Centre and the runner up was Scotsdale Garden Centre. The ‘Most Promising New Stockist’ was awarded to the stockist who had shown the most encouraging start in representing Haddonstone’s ornamental product range.  This went to Otter Nurseries.
The final award, ‘Best Consistent Performance over 5 Years‘, went to Scotsdale Garden Centre. This award was introduced to show recognition to the stockist who has continually made an outstanding contribution to presenting and selling Haddonstone’s ornamental product range. Scotsdale Garden Centre also achieved the award for the best Haddonstone display in 2007 and they have continued to demonstrate excellent standards this year.
Haddonstone’s Director of Ornamental Sales, Alison Lowe, said ‘Our new awards recognise exceptional effort including a high quality display, good customer service and all the other elements which lead to regular, confident customer orders.
