Empathy to support online stockists during Coronavirus crisis

Empathy by PlantWorks has put a plan in place to ensure customers can still access its range of natural garden care products during the coronavirus crisis.

Following the news that garden centre chains up and down the country are closing their doors to protect staff and customers, Empathy has specifically designed a number of product packs for retailers to sell online, stores can option to ship them directly, supply them via click and collect services or Empathy can fulfil the orders directly.

Empathy’s Simon Taylor said: “This is an incredibly challenging time for both retailers and suppliers. It was paramount for us to act quickly to create a solution that allows garden centres to continue to sell our products online with the added convenience of our business fulfilling the shipping if required.

“We will, of course, revert back to fully supporting the garden centre stores as soon as it is possible to do so.”
