One supplier that is already looking forward to September is Danish barbeque experts, Dancook. 2012 marks the first time that Dancook has exhibited at Glee in its own right since 2006. This year the company will be showcasing its latest range of barbeques, including the kettle and box designed barbeques, as well as outdoor kitchen solutions and decorative bonfires.
Another company making its return to Glee 2012 is Flexiload. With a UK based warehouse, Flexiload offers a unique proposition in that it can deliver small quantities of stock (minimum order of just £500) when it is needed most, helping retailers to meet peak seasonal demands. Michael Walter of Flexiload said: ““Two years ago Flexiload was solely a container importer. However to maximise on market conditions we set up ‘Flexicube’ a wholesale operation with a unique on line ordering system. Now our warehouse is the garden centre’s warehouse. There is no need to tie up cash and lose sales due to stock imbalances. Our return to Glee is as a result of a phenomenally successful 2011 and we can clearly demonstrate with our new system and substantial stock holding in the UK with minimum orders of only £500 we can grow this important and high ticket item sector in garden centres.” Other companies that have confirmed their place at Glee 2012 include Norfolk Leisure, Suntime, Peter Smith Garden Furniture Ltd, Besp-oak, Hutton Garden Product and Premier Decorations.
