BHETA to launch digital products and brands directory for retailers

As part of its new website, which goes live at Spring Fair, the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) is launching a comprehensive product, brand and supplier directory aimed at retail buyers.

Called the Retailer Zone and featuring information from all suppliers who are BHETA members across the home enhancement, home improvement and garden sectors, the directory provides a real-time search function – by product category, by brand and by supplier.

The Retailer Zone is just one of the features on the new BHETA website, which will also include details of all the benefits exclusive to BHETA members, as well as live news, details of events, data supply, export information and business support services.

BHETA executive director for home enhancement Will Jones said: “This is a visually more stimulating and interactive site than the one it replaces and offers much greater functionality. The Retailer Zone search function is an especially fantastic tool for the whole industry, enabling retail buying teams to find not only practical product and supply details, but real inspiration for future listings, all from their laptop, tablet or phone.”

Home improvement and garden sector director Paul Grinsell added: “BHETA is all about enabling suppliers and retailers to work together for success and the new BHETA website offers our supplier members a showcase opportunity like no other. Not only is BHETA providing a wealth of advice, information, events, networking, data and support, it has now added a real shop window to its range of member opportunities, which companies can populate and update as and when they enhance their offer to retailers.”
